Leeds Bike Park is at Middleton Park in Leeds. The Bike Park has a BMX skills track, a jump line, a pump track, and a 5km MTB loop with features and skills area. There is also bike hire, a bike shop, and a cafe that fund the free trails.

Leeds Bike Park Trails

Leeds Bike Park is for all ages and abilities. All in there is about 5km of trail and it all has progression built in so whatever your level there is something for every rider.
On offer is a Green cycle trail, a BMX Skills track, a Jump line, a Pump Track, a Blue track, a Red track and Black sections.

Other Stuff

It's free to ride at Leeds Bike Park. As a CIC it is a community not for profit initiative. It is funded through the bike shop and cafe.

Don’t use bike shop

Great Park but be warned, don’t use Bike shop for accessories my son bought helmet at 11.22am from his birthday money after 5 minutes of use the helmet rubbed and was uncomfortable took back to shop on site and guy was very rude when I explained situation, Is attitude was don't refund on helmets, No we’re in shop it stated this, I later found out that the helmet are all over priced £30 any were for same helmet online bought Leeds Urban Bike Park £64.99
I further explained helmet was only purchased 5 minutes ago but he insisted He would not refund on helmet,
This will be left to Trading Standards.
Thanks for spoiling my sons birthday

Definitely worth a visit

These trails have obviously had some basic maintenance since earlier reviews, while they are not in perfect condition they are perfectly ridable. There are some weird design choices (like a partially uphill jump line) and the forest section is easy to get lost in but I had a lot of fun here.

What do you like?

Good variety of features in the upper sections with something here for everyone from kids to medium-high skill riders. Nice cafe which does decent coffee!

What could be improved?

Woods section is in less good repair and there is almost no signage.

Needs maintenance

Been going here for years. Nice but expensive caf. Good for a day with your mates or your kids. But I can’t remember the last time I saw any maintenance down in the woods. Or anybody cutting back all the bushes/weeds/nettles that takes over the top part of the park. How’s it gone from trails of the year mbr magazine to the uncared for park it is today

Needs maintenance and resurfacing in many areas

Disappointing however worth at least a single visit.

Disappointing experience considering the appalling condition of the park. Litter and dog poo around. Very deteriorated trails.

What do you like?

Free. Cafe and bike shop on site. Child friendly.

What could be improved?

Expensive cafe. Pretentious cafe. Expensive bike shop. No community feel. Uphill jumps. Poor quality of the trails. Visible no maintenance.
