Description

Ingleton Pump Track is a free asphalt pump track on Back Gate in Ingleton, close to the i-Centre. Clark and Kent Contractors built it for Ingleton Parish Council in 2016 on the old middle school playing fields, and it has rollers, berms and jumps for riders of all abilities.

The Track

  • The asphalt circuit loops back on itself and uses the natural fall of the ground, with rollers, berms and jumps.
  • It suits beginners as well as more experienced riders, and it makes a good stop on a visit to the Dales.
  • A plaque on the track records that Clark and Kent Contractors designed and built it in 2016.

Getting Here

  • Back Gate, Ingleton, Carnforth, LA6 3BT, close to the i-Centre.
  • Use the public pay-and-display car park by the community centre, a short walk up from the track.
