Eastridge is a hidden gem. There's a good selection of old school downhill trails which are easily rideable on a modern full susser but can still be really challenging. The red route is also a blast, with optional extras if you know your way around, but maybe not enough on it's own to warrant a big drive down. There are also a few hidden tracks which are steep as you like and awesome fun! Once you learn where the fire roads go you can ride back up to the top of the DH tracks in about 10 - 20 mins and have another rip!
Would not recommend to someone who is not used to really rough terrain and sketchy riding and in the wet it is a different beast.
The Eastridge trail partnership keep the trails in tip top condition and are all volunteers, hats off to you lads and lasses.
You'll either love it or you'll hate it!
What do you like?
Great selection of trails, always finding new stuff to ride. Hero Dirt.
What could be improved?
Very slippery in the wet! Car park can get crowded. Not for the faint hearted!!
Would you recommend?
