Easy red

Good amount of parking and plenty of room to absorb the crowds.  Not too far off theM6 makes this a nice addition to my places to go. I think that this could become a fave place. I think na few rides round Follow the Dog would be great for building skills.

What do you like?

I'm transitioning from blues. As we were passing by thought I'd try the red Follow the Dog trail as the blues here look a bit tame, even by my standards I ride at Grizedale, guisburn  and Whinlatter usually so fitness wize the trails here are nice and easy. It was a bit if a wet day when I rode here and I found the ground much more slippery than I'm used to. Let some air out the tyre and it was fine. Plenty easy enough for a moderately fit bike rider with good graded climbing on switch backs and fun little bermy down hill.  Small steps and everything of a harder skill level is easy to avoid. Considering that it's very busy the trail was not too cut up.   There was also plenty of places too pull over and let faster riders pass. Skills wize it builds well from a blue.

What could be improved?

None.

Would you recommend?

*Yes*
