Muddy

Wow this trail is pretty beat up. Lots of berms to keep you moving at pace IF they didn't mostly have holes in them and braking bumps. Big puddles everywhere. I've ridden two other trails centres Dalby many many times, trails are always in great shape and really do keep you moving at a great pace. Dalby is some 23 miles round and I can do that in 2.10. Today 1.56 at Cannock. I didn't find it flowed anywhere near enough. Would have loved to seem more balance beam type obstacles, smooth berms, genuinely fast flowing sections, more trail maintenance. Gisburn forest is also a good ride, cracking flowing sections and some really good technical bits to get you're teeth stuck into. If your local, which I'm not, then this is a great facility. I've seem better though and wouldn't go out of my way to ride it again in a hurry

What do you like?

At 12+ miles it's a good length. Easy to get too, plenty of parking. No massively long hills

What could be improved?

Not fast flowing enough. Way too many big holes in the trail. Very broken up berms. Some more technical features would be nice. Very very muddy. Never had to hose of my clothing before

Would you recommend?

*Yes*
