Description
Bishop's Cleeve Skatepark & Pumptrack is located in Bishops Cleeve, just outside Cheltenham near the M5. Built by Velosolutions UK in partnership with Maverick Skateparks, this 135m long asphalt pump track is designed for BMX, MTB, skateboarders, scooters, and inline skaters, with smooth flow lines, rollers, and berms for all skill levels. It sits within the Parish Sports Field and also includes a concrete skatepark.

Pump Track
The pump track is Velosolutions-built, featuring a tarmac surface with a compact 135m loop of berms and rollers that suits everything from balance bikes to BMX and MTB. It’s ideal for progressing flow, balance, and speed skills. Riders can lap the track endlessly, using momentum instead of pedalling.
Skatepark
Alongside the pump track is a concrete skatepark by Maverick, designed to complement the pump line and support skateboarding, scootering, and trick BMX riding. The layout encourages flow and caters to a range of users, from casual local skaters to more advanced riders.
Other stuff
The pump track and skatepark are free to use and located in a public recreational area, making it accessible to the local community and visitors. It officially opened with a launch jam on 5 April 2025, complete with demos, prizes, food and music. The venue is supported by Friends of BCPT, a community-led initiative ensuring the space is well-used and maintained.
