Description
Bickerstaffe Bike Trails are an MTB facility that runs through Jubilee Woods (Bickerstaffe Colliery) by the village of Bickerstaffe in Lancashire. There is a short red trail, a black graded berm line and a jump line with a start ramp and a push-up track.

The Trails
There is a Black Line (including a rideable push-up track) of around 220m, a Jump Line around 110m and a short Red Trail of 780m. Short but feature-packed: berms, rollers, doubles, jumps, step ups, step downs and climbing switchbacks.
Local Organisation
The trails were built by Trailcraft MTB and BMX Track Construction Ltd in partnership with Bickerstaffe Parish Council and Lancashire County Council. The Bickertrax volunteer group assists with ongoing monitoring and upkeep. Contact the Parish Council at clerk@bickerstaffeparishcouncil.org.uk.
Getting Here
From the Church end: park on the Parish Field car park on Church Road (L39 0EH) and take the signposted Public Footpath to the left of the church. There is no vehicle access from Intake Lane and no vehicle access from the Church Road side of Bickerstaffe.
From the Sandpiper pub end: follow the footpath over the motorway bridge, staying within the fencing. Follow signs to turn left at the correct point. Do not trespass onto farmland.
