Description
Belvoir BikePark is a proposed project. If successful it will be situated on the border of Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, in the Vale of Belvoir. It is important to state "There are no trails as yet so please don't try and visit."
It currently has planning permission from the landowner secured and was in the phase of raising the funding including a crowdfunder with a 500k target and was planned to open in the Summer of 2024. Unfortunately, they have failed to raise the funds so back to the drawing board they go. Fingers crossed.
The bike park aims to kick off with 10 downhill trails varying in length from 2-3km per run, be uplift assisted, and have a shop with a cafe. The trails will range from Green to Purple (Pro Lines).

- Aim to incorporate various trail styles found across the world. The varying terrain means they can create mellow trails for less experienced riders and steep trails for those more experienced.

- The project is the initiative of Creation Cycles.
- They will offer coaching sessions, chaperones for juniors, summer camps, and races.
- The Bike Park will have different payment and booking options. Booking spaces in advance online will be required.
