The Strathpeffer mountain bike trail is in Torachilty Forest in the Highlands just 1 mile from Contin and 30 mins north of Inverness.
Although waymarked it is recommended to use a trail map especially to help you find the start of the trail. You can get this from the nearest bike shop called Square Wheels.
The trail is most famous for holding the annual mid-winter Strathpuffer 24-hour race. Probably the coldest and harshest MTB race that exists.
