I can understand a lot of effort has went into all the trails on the Estate but there is so much potential here especially with the gradient. The decents arn't the fastest except the first one down from the top of red as they are built on a diagonal course rather than straight down which would be good for downhill features. Have a look at Bike Park Wales for an example plus they pull in a lot of money and are always very busy, you have all the right ingredients to be even better than them and could be the best in the U.K.
