Flow down the Glen
What do you like?
The Blue is one of the best beginner / intermediate trails that I have come across, very easy for a complete novice but equally rewarding for the more advanced rider providing he tackles it at speed. The berms and overall flow are particularly good.
The Red incorporates 90% of the Blue, and provides a good warm up before you tackle the long and rather featureless climb to the start of the downhill. It's well worth making the extra effort to reach the top of the hill as the views are stunning on a fine day. Once on the Red you will come across several Red and Black features which look daunting as they are generally blind but take the time to walk them first and you will quickly see that they are fairly straightforward if you have a reasonable skill level.
The café is staffed by friendly locals and is well worth a visit.
What could be improved?
Nothing significant, but the climbs are a bit of a slog and could use a few features to make them more distracting from the hard work
Would you recommend?
*Yes*
