The charity says the accounts cover its initial set-up phase and are being positioned as a governance milestone as it shifts focus to growing the fund and building partnerships.

Founded to support grassroots mountain biking projects and help communities secure funding for trail maintenance and development, The Trail Pot says its next priorities are expanding awareness, developing partnerships, and increasing its funding base so it can support projects across the UK.

“It’s very early days for us and these first accounts are an important step in showing that The Trail Pot is real, structured, and here for the long term. Our aim is to grow a national fund that can support responsible trail development and the volunteers who make mountain biking possible. Now, we simply need the support, no matter how modest. It will make a significant difference.”
