The new section includes a shark fin into a rebuilt berm, followed by three new jumps. According to the update, all three jumps have large case pads and get progressively bigger as riders carry more speed down the hill. The photos show a rebuilt sequence of shaped take-offs and landings running through the lower part of the skills area.
The Summit is Swinley’s purpose-built skills area, with features and trails ranging from green to black. It is designed as a progression zone for riders building confidence, working on technique and stepping up through different levels, with berms, rollers, tabletops, gap jumps, wooden drops, flow trails and tech trails all part of the offer.
Access to The Summit is through bookable sessions run by Swinley Bike Hub, with single-session day passes available, alongside 5-credit passes and monthly memberships. Online registration and a signed waiver are required.
