iBikeRide.com is expanding its support for the UK mountain biking community with the launch of the new interactive MTB Events Map—a visual companion to the popular Mountain Bike Event Calendar. This new feature helps riders easily explore what’s happening near them and when, offering filters by event type and timeframe, including "This Weekend", "Following Weekend", and the "Next 30 Days". You can also search events by region, postcode or your current location.

Find what’s happening near you
The MTB Events Map brings a new level of visibility and planning to riders, trail crews, and organisers. Whether you’re looking for a dig day, trail clean, women’s ride, race, festival, or skills course, it’s now all available to browse on the map—making it easy to plan your weekend or get involved in trail life.
Supporting trails through participation
Daniel Mintz, founder of iBikeRide, said:
"This map builds on the same idea as the calendar—to make it easier for riders to get involved and help support the trails. Whether you’re racing, digging, riding, or learning, you’re playing a part in sustaining the places we love to ride. And if you’re organising an event, it’s free and simple to list—so more people can find it, join in, and help grow the scene."
Like the calendar, the map supports the long-term sustainability of UK MTB trails and the local economies that benefit from a thriving riding community. iBikeRide continues to welcome listings from grassroots groups and organisers of all sizes—from low-key dig days to full weekend festivals.
