Sam Pilgrim's rebuilt slopestyle line now open at Twisted Oaks Bike Park

Pro slopestyle rider Sam Pilgrim has shared footage of the fully rebuilt slopestyle line at Twisted Oaks Bike Park in Suffolk, describing it as the UK's only public slopestyle trail open to all riders.

The line, built by the team at Twisted Oaks, has been redesigned to improve flow and add more trickable features. The rebuild removed a large quarter pipe that Pilgrim felt disrupted the flow of the original layout, replacing it with a sequence of jumps that allows riders to link tricks all the way from top to bottom without needing to pedal. Pilgrim counts ten trickable features on the line, including drops and jumps of progressively increasing size, with the final jump described as approaching contest scale.

The line is open to riders on any style of mountain bike. Pilgrim rode it on his Canyon Stitched 720 during testing and noted that a freeride bike also made it through during the initial session.

Twisted Oaks Bike Park is located at Brightwell Country Park in Suffolk. You can find full trail details, reviews, and directions on the Twisted Oaks Bike Park listing on iBikeRide. Give them a rating for the Trail of the Year 2026 campaign whilst there.
