The FNY Collective has launched a new initiative, Ride and Thrive, a series of events designed to promote health and wellbeing through cycling. This inclusive programme invites cyclists of all levels to take part in a variety of unique experiences that go beyond just riding—offering outdoor wellness activities, insightful discussions, and, of course, cake! 🍰

Ride and Thrive is a great opportunity for both newcomers and seasoned riders to connect with nature, enjoy the outdoors, and enhance their overall wellbeing. Best of all, all events are completely free, with free bike hire available for those who want to give mountain biking a go.
The programme features a mix of cycling, mindfulness, and social activities, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re interested in an afternoon tea ride, a relaxing yoga session, or an outdoor sauna experience, Ride and Thrive has you covered.

A gentle ride combined with an insightful talk on women’s health by Aneela, hosted at Caberston Cafe, known for its delicious afternoon tea.

Connect with nature and enjoy a relaxing picnic in the heart of the Scottish Borders.
📅 10th May – Ride Out & Outdoor Sauna | Innerleithen
