This grassroots initiative, led by Louise Raine and supported by numerous local organisations and individuals, aims to create a dedicated space for riders of all levels to enjoy and develop their skills. The project has garnered backing from key stakeholders, including SingletrAction, British Cycling, Richmond Town Council, and North Yorkshire Council, among many others.

The proposed bike park reflects a collaborative community effort, with contributions in time, expertise, and financial support from local businesses, environmental groups, and MTB advocates. Special thanks go out to Matt Ball Architecture, CLB Heritage, Zetland Estates, Richmondshire Community Bicycle Services, and many more for their dedication to the project.

While this is a significant milestone, there’s still work to be done to bring the Richmond Bike Park to life. Community support remains crucial, so if you’re interested in following the project’s progress or getting involved, check out the Richmond Bike Park Facebook group.
