New Red Trail Incoming at Dyfi Bike Park – Help Name It

Dyfi Bike Park in North Wales is about to add a brand-new red trail to its already impressive lineup, bringing the total red runs to seven. The latest addition opens up a fresh line on the lower mountain, with an accessible, flowy route that builds into a berm-heavy rollercoaster, finally linking into Muddy’s Berms for a seamless descent.

As seen in the clip, the trail kicks off mellow and opens into a toboggan-like sequence of fast berms and roller options. No jumps on the lower section—just uninterrupted, rhythmic turns right into Muddy’s Berms. Final shaping is underway, and the team at Dyfi Bike Park expects the new line to be ready in two to three weeks.

Dyfi Bike Park spans 650 acres in the Dyfi Forest just north of Machynlleth, offering uplift-served big mountain riding. Built and run by Dan Atherton and the Dyfi Diggers, the park currently features six red trails, six single black diamond trails, one double black diamond, and four triple black diamond/pro-line tracks. It's a purpose-built park that caters to progression, with everything from flowy jump lines to ultra-steep slabs and natural tech.

You can find full trail details, including highlights like 50 Hits, Race Track, Slab Track, Lovey Dyfi, and Fire in the Booth, in the Dyfi Bike Park MTB trail guide on iBikeRide.
