Glyncorrwg Mountain Bike Centre & Campsite — a cornerstone of the South Wales riding scene — is now up for sale. Nestled in the heart of the Afan Valley, the site is home to the Corrwg Cwtch café-bar, Afan a Blast bike shop, a campsite, and parking — all popular with mountain bikers, hikers, and visiting families alike.

Having personally spent many a night camping here, sipping tea in the café after long days on the trails, or grabbing that last-minute spare part or trail treat in the shop, I can say with some confidence this place holds a special kind of atmosphere. It’s long been a rider hub — not just for its location, but for its warm welcome and sense of community.
The current owners have made the tough call to put the site up for sale due to personal health reasons. They’re open to offers and the property can be sold with or without the existing businesses in place. That opens the door to someone looking to continue its legacy — or bring a new vision to a place that already means a lot to so many in the riding community.
Set in one of Wales' most picturesque valleys and with established ties to the MTB world, it’s a rare opportunity to take on something more than just a business — it’s a part of UK trail history.
