Ard Rock 2026

Ard Rock 2026 – Reeth, Swaledale, North Yorkshire
A three-day mountain bike festival running 24–26 July 2026, with riding, racing, expo stands, camping, demo loops, food, music and community activity across the Reeth event village. Entries open 30 November at 7 PM.

Overview

Ard Rock brings together a full weekend of riding on Swaledale’s rocky trails, supported by an event village with exhibitors, demo bikes, skills areas, street food and evening music. The festival includes six riding categories that use a mix of fast gullies, natural rock features, flow sections and technical singletrack. Riders can take part competitively or simply as a challenge ride, depending on their category.

Riding Categories

• Enduro – 45 km with seven timed downhill stages on varied natural terrain.
• Sprint Enduro – 30 km loop with three of the steepest and most technical stages.
• Bosch eMTB Enduro – Full 45 km course with seven stages, open to e-MTB riders.
• Sport Enduro – 45 km challenge ride covering all seven stages without competitive pressure.
• Intro Enduro – 30 km with four fast, flow-based stages for first-timers.
• Ard Rock Epic – 45 km loop taking in all stages as a continuous challenge ride.
