We’ll aim to set off at 10.00 so please arrive in plenty of time.

All ages welcome, girls under 16 must be accompanied by an adult woman who is responsible for them.

We’ll be riding a mix of fire roads and green/blue graded trails.

E-bikes and ‘normal’ bikes welcome.

Helmets are mandatory.

Supportive and friendly environment with no pressure and no one left behind.
