This course will be based on the Advanced RED / BLACK downhill trails at the FOD. It will allow you to build on your already solid foundation of skills and help you gain a further understanding of how to ride different features with different techniques to gain confidence on the downhill trails. The aim of the session is to break down one of the trails, focus on the difficult sections and then put it back altogether as a full run all under the expert coaching of Katy Curd.

10.15am - Meet & greet Tribe host and group

10.30am - 1pm - Coached session with Katy

1pm - 1.30pm - After the session we will regroup for a quick coffee or lunch. Those who have time to stay on may wish to then go practice some of those newly learnt skills after lunch.

You need to bring your own MTB suitable for the trails (or hire one). It is your responsibility to make sure it is in good working order for the session and you bring the necessary non-standard tools should you need to repair or adjust it.
