SLOW MBO - Mickleham

This is our 3rd event of the 2024/25 Series. It will be based in Mickleham and make use of the extensive network of bridleways around the iconic Box Hill – home of the 2012 Olympic Road Race. The terrain is varied offering great riding for beginners and experts alike.

You’ll be given a marked up OS A3 waterproof map and have 2 or 3 hours to visit as many checkpoints as possible. You can enter as a solo, pair or family team.

To participate you will need the MapRun App on your Android or iPhone, or a Garmin Watch with the MapRunG App, or any GPS watch. A link to download the course to your phone will be sent shortly before the event. The PIN code will be given at the start. It's important not to enter the PIN code until you are ready to go as your time will start as soon as you do so.

If you're new to orienteering and don't have a map board you'll be given a basic one to attach to your bike.
