Godrevy Beach Autumn Trail Clean, Hayle - Trash Free Trails

Godrevy Beach Autumn Trail Clean takes place on Saturday 24 October 2026, 10:00 to 12:00, at Godrevy Beach, Gwithian, Hayle TR27 5ED.

Host Dan is starting a new Cornwall community that connects people with nature through seasonal activities, especially through the winter months, and this clean is run in partnership with Trash Free Trails. The route is around 5km of moderate going along the coast path towards the Hayle River mouth, returning along the beach (tide dependent). Expect uneven ground and sandy sections, but no significant climbing.

What to bring: "Weather appropriate clothing!"

Booking: RSVP on the Trash Free Trails event page. Contact Dan at withtheseasonsuk@gmail.com.

Part of Autumn Trail Cleans 2026 from Trash Free Trails: "1 Weekend, 10 Trail Cleans... This Autumn our community are tackling trash in the places we love, together." Citizen science powered clean-ups run across the UK, from the Scottish Highlands to London canals. This year's focus is drinks containers, around 25% of the single-use pollution found on trails, ahead of the UK Deposit Return Scheme launching in October 2027. Want to run your own? Trash Free Trails has a host your own guide.
