Gowaan Kids Club October Camp, Ages 8-12 (Day 1 of 3) - Glentress, Peebles

Afternoon group, ages 8-12. Day 1 of a 3-day camp (12th, 13th and 14th October 2026), booked as a block.

For one week only, Bex, Chloe and the Gowaan team have squeezed in an October camp at Glentress, right before their Enduro World Championships in Italy at the end of the week (kids camps Monday to Wednesday, World Champs on Saturday). On Wednesday riders are encouraged to wear some kind of fancy dress rainbow theme, after the iconic World Champs rainbow stripes: think face paint, rainbow ribbons and so on, as long as it is still safe to ride in.

3 half days of non-stop two-wheel fun. The days are aimed at burning off steam, riding the new and old trails at Glentress, playing games and having as much fun as possible, with plenty of bike and trail skills learning along the way and a natural introduction to forest etiquette. The older group has more focus on coaching points to progress their riding.

Times: Morning group (ages 5-7) 10:00am to 12:30pm. Afternoon group (ages 8-12) 1:30pm to 4:00pm. Dates: 12th, 13th and 14th of October 2026. Each camp is 3 mornings or 3 afternoons depending on your child's age and ability, and children can attend multiple camps.

Price: £120 per child for the 3-day camp, booked as a block. Includes a free Kenda x Gowaan swag bag for every rider.

What to bring: a working bike with two brakes and gears; a safe, good quality helmet; gloves and knee pads recommended; water and snacks carried in their own riding backpack; weather-appropriate clothing; appropriate shoes (trainers are good).
