Winter Downhill Series Round 3: Root Manoeuvres - BikePark Wales, Merthyr Tydfil

Round 3 of BikePark Wales' new Winter Downhill Series runs on the Root Manoeuvres trail, with a practice day on Saturday 16 January 2027 (course open to the public, not marshalled) followed by race day on Sunday 17 January 2027. Sign on opens at 8am, uplift and practice run from 9:30am, the course closes at midday, timed runs are at 12:30pm and 2pm, and podiums are at 4:30pm. Entry is £64 for a Race Day Pass, £112 for a Weekend Race Pass including Saturday practice, or £360 for the Series Race Bundle covering practice and race uplift plus entry for all four rounds. The bike park's usual winter uplift service runs as normal throughout race weekends, so riders can lap other trails between race runs.
