Okeford Champs - Okeford Hill Bike Park, Blandford

Okeford Champs downhill race, run on one of Okeford Hill's steeper, more challenging tracks: 120 metres of vertical drop packed into a run of about a minute and a half. Riders must complete two practice runs to qualify, followed by two timed race runs, with Land Rover and trailer uplift provided throughout. Site opens 7am with track walk and registration from 7am-9am/8am-10:30am, practice 9am-12pm, racing 12:30pm-3:30pm, awards at 4pm, site closes 5:30pm. Food, coffee, toilets and free parking on site; sponsors are providing podium prizes. Riders keen to help or marshal can contact the organiser, William Norgan (will@hammoon.com).
