We’ll aim to set off at 10.00 so please arrive in plenty of time.

All ages welcome, girls under 16 must be accompanied an adult woman who is responsible for them.

We’ll be riding a loop and a bit of Cwm Rhaeadr - expect around 9-10 miles, but there are options to head back sooner.

Ride will be suitable for mountain bikes.

E-bikes and ‘normal’ 😂 bikes welcome.

Helmets are mandatory.

Supportive and friendly environment with no pressure and no one left behind.

Car park cake and tea/coffee to finish.
