2026 Tartan Enduro Series - Round 3

The 2026 Tartan Enduro Series is a three-round enduro mountain bike race series organised by DoonThaBrae Events, taking place across Scotland between May and September 2026. Each round is a one-day event with timed downhill stages and untimed transfer climbs in between, open to riders of all abilities from age nine upwards.

Categories cover male and female riders across a range of age groups, with full suspension, hardtail and ebike options available. A Lite route runs alongside the Full route at each round, with slightly less technical and endurance demand. Youth riders (9–12) must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Entry fees are £60 (Adult Full), £55 (Junior Full), £45 (Lite 12+) and £40 (Youth 9–12). On the day entries are not accepted.

Round 1 – Glenlivet (31 May 2026)

Bike Glenlivet opens the series on Sunday 31 May 2026. The Full route covers around 24km with 820m of climbing across seven timed singletrack stages. The Lite route omits the trickiest stage for a shorter, slightly easier day out. Hot food and drinks are available from the Glenlivet cafe at the event village afterwards. DoonThaBrae will be making a donation per participant to Bike Glenlivet.

Round 2 – Tarland (16 August 2026)

Tarland Trails hosts the second round on Sunday 16 August 2026. Aberdeenshire's first purpose-built trail centre, open since spring 2023, provides the backdrop for a mash-up format round where riders choose the order in which to ride the stages. All stages must be completed at least once before the cut-off. The Full route is approximately 25km with 800m of climbing. DoonThaBrae will be donating to Tarland Trails (Tarland Development Group) per participant.
