The Runs

  • Woody's Bike Park has numerous progressive lines with options for all grades/abilities from blue to double black. There are berms, jumps, drops. lots of flow and rocky sections. The design principle is about bringing a bit of British Columbia trails to Cornwall. Expect shark fins on all trails that get bigger as you improve. You will find faster and deeper berms as you move on in ability and senders that are from fun for the novice too scary for the pro. The DH tracks are fast and technical with rock gardens of Cornish granite steps, drops and road gaps.

Es Ol - Flow - (Blue Intermediate)

  • This is a flow trail (rollable though). It is a super smooth hedge line flow track with small berms and jumps for all abilities

Dirt Wave - Jump (Red Advanced)

  • This is a jump trail (again rollable), with steep sections and a rock garden). This is the first progression jump trail. Full of berms. There is a small rock garden to test and rollers to pop off and tables to practice on. This is a rollable trail so you can improve your skill and build your confidence.

Twisted Sister - Jump (Black - Expert)

  • This is jump trail where you have to commit. There are gaps, road gaps, step downs and gap jumps. This trail will test the most advanced rider with the 50 foot double half way along. Its fast and flowy .

Valley of the Bones - DH (Black Expert)

  • This black DH trail has road gaps, rock gardens, gaps and step downs. It is downhill at it best. Start on the Big tables and drop into the slash pit. The rock garden will test the best as will the step downs and doubles.

Digger - Pro line (Yellow - Pro)

  • This is the most advanced and technical trail for professional level only. It is Jasper Flashman's brain child with huge step downs to huge step ups, massive doubles, deep berms, shark fins and gaps.

Blue Jump - Jump (Blue Intermediate)

  • This Jump trail is rollable with tables and flowing berms). Practice on forgiving tables and rail super smooth berms without the need to dodge any trees.

Granite Garden - DH (Red Advanced)

  • This red DH has single track with granite rock gardens and technical features). It is a fast narrow downhill track with granite steps and boulders to make you watch your line. It leads into the rock gully were you have to watch your step with a few challenging lines.

Red DH - Flow (Red Advanced)

  • This red DH is a fast dirt track with dirt shoot. You slash your way down through the dirt gully with technical berms and off camber slashes.

Woodys

Love it very friendly staff can't wait to go back.

What do you like?

Real flowy runs with good progressive jumps for all abilities. If freeride is your thing then this place is a must.

What could be improved?

The wind at the top but this can't be helped. The facilities although it looks to be in hand, give this place a year or two and you'll want to move to kernow.

Would you recommend?

*Yes*
