Western Park Freeride Trails are in Leicester. It is an urban bike park in a park setting.

Tracks

  • Western Park bike tracks suits BMX and dirt bikes. It has a BMX circuit, a large range of tabletops lines like the Mainline line with its six pack, berms, drops, and a pump track. 
  • It is a good place to practice jumping and the community is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Other Stuff

  • Best not to ride when it has been wet weather as it is a clay soil base.
  • The trails are built by volunteers on Council land, are legal, and have not been demolished since 2002. They had their 11th birthday on April 2023 when they also won Cycling Friendly Destination for 2023 in the Leicester Cycle Awards.

Awesome!!!

Overall great place to go!

What do you like?

Different sets of runs for a variety of riders. Friendliness of the locals. Well kept. Being all round good fun for different abilities and bike types!

Leicesters jem

Before the start of the summer I couldn't jump my bike at all but now after just a few weeks and a few tips I'm actually not too bad now ?. Love this little spot

Going again tomorrow

What do you like?

Free parking, lots of different size jumps and plenty of beginners stuff. Everyone is welcome including kids and middle age blokes lol . I will definitely be going back regularly
