Tracks

Western Park bike tracks suits BMX and dirt bikes. It has a BMX circuit, a large range of tabletops lines like the Mainline line with its six pack, berms, drops, and a pump track.
It is a good place to practice jumping and the community is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Other Stuff

Best not to ride when it has been wet weather as it is a clay soil base.
The trails are built by volunteers on Council land, are legal, and have not been demolished since 2002. They had their 11th birthday on April 2023 when they also won Cycling Friendly Destination for 2023 in the Leicester Cycle Awards.

Epic and worth a trek

The team have spent a huge amount of time on the upkeep and design of the bike trails all from within the local community. It has grown over the years into an amazing place to ride and people trek from quite a far. Leicester has been given a name because of these guys! Super effort.

What do you like?

Great trails for all abilities, guys willing to help younger kids learn, plenty of space on the track, great community spirit, track well designed and constantly being updated.

What could be improved?

No toilets nearby

Really good place to go with family

Love this place been going for 7+ years great trails great people and free car parking.

What do you like?

Many varieties for different skill levels small jumps big jumps all ages

What could be improved?

Long branches on some jumps may hit them but that is all
