Tilgate Forest MTB trails are in Crawley, West Sussex, south of Croydon, and north of Brighton.

A mix of natural (maintained) non-waymarked trails of green, blue, red, and black grades exists. There is parking but facilities are limited so come prepared.
Tilgate Forest MTB
- The forest is small and the trail network compact. There is a good combination of blues, reds, and some blacks, greens.
- The trails are maintained by a local group and they are not waymarked.
- Tilgate forest is part of the UK cycle network so it is suitable to ride mountain bikes there (no building)
- There is a decent selection of downhill/freeride stuff also.
