Great place for all the family to enjoy :)
What do you like?
If you love just blasting around without the fear of a 10 foot drop off or jump in you way as you speed around then this is your place. I think for bike park training it's fantastic to build up your handling skills and fitness before you move into bigger things. Great for all the family to enjoy with bike shop cafe etc.
If your looking for hardcore full face action then best head into the unmarked routes where you will not run the risk of hurting a less experirenced rider.
What could be improved?
None as long as you stick to the rules and you respect all other riders your be fine.
