I've done the blue and red trails here. There's a mix of natural and man-made sections. Some nice sections across the top of the bank and decent descents. The climb back ups not right pleasant but all in all a nice ride with good facilities at the centre and great views. There's a lil kiddy skill loop at the centre too which is good toaster the lil ones on
