My local trail centre (though not so local)
has good trails but due to the volume of visitors the trails get torn up easily and can get very crowded on a weekend.
distance and variety are average but they are trying to make the most of the space they have and are often seen fixing and adding new sections.
Has grown well as a trail centre over the years but would benefit from more harder short sections off the red route.
often see families running the red route which in reality is more of a solid blue trail given that 95% of the red is rollable without need for any skill. This doesn’t help keep large groups on the right trails causing a lot of ‘traffic’.
The facilities have grown to suit the need of the centre and good that they show interest in keeping things fresh and vibrant for all visitors.
The hard work that goes in to such a busy centre.
Thw attempt to create more extensions to Current trails.
Sing Ange for walkers crossing with cyclists! Some DH sections run straight into walkers which is dangerous!!
trails better maintained and more seperation for families and akilled riders.
