Very tame. If you are looking for an XC trail for fitness the red trail combined with the blue gives you about an hour and 20 mins of cardio at a reasonable pace. There are literally no tech, steeps or ‘features’ on these trails so don’t waste your time if that is what you are looking for. The “dh” trails are short, not steep, and no tech. There are some dirt jumps which can be fun for the kids.
The red trail is more like a blue/green and is not to be confused with a red mountain bike trail.
Good for maintaining cardio between wales trips to bike parks/trail centres.
