Review for Gisburn Forest Bike Trails

The new car park is good, and the new toilet block, but still the facilities are a bit lacking there, considering the amount of people that go there, it could do with more development. The trails are good, with some well thought out trails, with some seriously fun sections of evidently well built handmade singletrack. But the quality of the trails is sadly very poor, the maintenance seems very lacking, with braking bumps all over the place and washed corners. Blue trail is uninspiring, but a good one for beginners, when you get the first section out of the car park out of the way, which, because of the maintenance has taken it above blue grading in my opinion.

Well thought out trails, lovely hand built sections. DH line provides some real entertainment.
