Well maintained - great way to spend a few hours
Good trail centre, with a variety of good technical single track. Did the Red Route today, measured it at 22.3 miles, with 487 m of climbs. Seems further as it's quite hard work. We're reasonably fit and got round in 2 hours 30. Considering the wet autumn and winter that we've just had, the trails are in remarkably good condition. About a third of the climb is on firetracks, which isn't that exciting but it is a good way to get the elevation. The red route is a lot more technical and challenging than routes of a similar grade at a lot of other trail centres, and I'm not sure how you would get on with a hardtail rather than decent full susser. Well worth a trip out - recommended.
