Awesome runs

A great place to help build and maintain your skills. The red is flowing and has some nice rolling jumps, berms, gaps, drops or you can ride around these, with 2 different routes to take on the second section after the fireroad and 2 different routes to finish the last section. Black route is gnarly and technical. There is a freeride section with beginner, intermediate and expert runs, all helping to develop your skills. Take your full face and get padded up. There is a breakout area at the hut under cover to sit down and have your food and drink and the obligatory portaloo. The trails are well maintained and run by well informed and friendly staff. £10 for a days run and £5 for half a day, well worth the money which goes back into helping keep this place well maintained. Saturday and Sunday opening only as the staff have day jobs, they run this place for the love of riding.

What do you like?

Well kept trails Friendly staff Fast flowing downhill trails and freeride section Great place to build skill levels

What could be improved?

Push up to the start of the downhill can be muddy and a long slog First 10 metres of the downhill could do with sorting out as it is very muddy. Off road to the parking is a bit rough

Would you recommend?

*Yes*
