Review for Chicksands Bike Park

I am fairly local to Chicksands and absolutely love riding there it helped with confidence massively and was the first place I got properly airborne on a bicycle, The great thing about chicksands is the friendly and helpfull atmosphere of all the other riders , I was unfortunate enough to come off into a tree and knock myself out but other riders and park staff came to my aid quickly and the track i had crashed on was closed instantly to avoid any sort of pileup. There are XC trails for miles and a not too daunting dual slalom and 4x course as well as a whole host of more jumpy free ride lines a great place to hone your skills wether you are a dirty jumper or a DH rider there is something for everyone.

adequate parking , friendly atmosphere , terrain to suit all skill levels.
