Great spot to develop your skills and have lots of fun on an MTB. Something for everyone.
What do you like?
I learnt to jump here and go back every week or two and to keep the skills sharp. I've built up from being unable to jump out of your way to hitting the big gap jumps.
Same on the drops. Initially scary, now doing them easily. Brilliant place and you can push yourself as hard and fast as you want.
The XC route is a good warm up or cool down as well.
What could be improved?
It feels like interval training on an MTB.
Facilities are fine but no cafe...never tried the oriental food either.
Would you recommend?
