Description
Brunel Way Pump Track is in Bristol only 5 mins from Bristol city centre set neatly in the shadows of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, at the end of the Avon Gorge.

The Track
- The track is a short circuit of jumps and rollers made up of 40 compact features overall. The aim like all pump tracks is to gain speed and keep your momentum via pumping rather than pedalling.
- The track is open 24/7 and progressive in nature (everything is rollable).
- The berms are tarmacked so it has longevity built into the design.
- It is located just by the Brunel Way flyover in the Cumberland Basin (a neat advantage of this positioning is it is near good street lighting making evening riding possible).
- It's also not far from the hills so as well as being a neat destination in its own right it's not a bad place to start a ride from then head out.
- At the end of 2016, it got a makeover and was tarmacked.
Other Stuff
- The track was built by Architrail using funding from Bristol City Council via the Cycling City project. These good folks have done a good few tracks in the Bristol area making it a bit of a Pump Track City.
