Good for SE
The family green trail is largely fire raod, but the red that loops around the whole estate is nice single track with a (very) short black bit with an intersting beginning.
The red is a England red, as opposed to Welsh or Scottish which are noticably harder.
It's convenient for those in the south east. and can be made into a day trip with non-bikers thanks to the forest playground and the curated pinetum.
Cafe was so-so

Convenient to get to for those in the south east.
Nice setting with stuff for non-bikers.
What could be improved?
Limited on trails and not overly technical
