there needs to be signs putup to show pedestrians that there are mountain biking trails nearby and so to be careful and to watchout.
great ride, great locals and great pub what more could you want?
What do you like?
on a cycle path so it's easy to get to.
Regular dig days so the trails are in a good condition all year round.
Good group of regular riders who are allwase welcoming when I turn up.
trails are fantasticly built so that thay are rollable (apart from the dirt jumps. Thay are waaaay above my ability, Haven't tried them yet, probably won't ever, you guys are gnarly.) until you have the skills and confidence to raise your game allowing for progression of skills witch will improve your times.
Shorter trails mean you can go back and hit sections again and again improving and focusing on a particular feature.
I have learned more on these trails than anywhere elce.
Limping distance to singleton a&e.
The local pub offers fantastic food and a nice post ride pint.
What could be improved?
Not realy a massive bad point but you may come across the odd walker walking up/down the trails. It's pretty rare and the trails are sign poasted but keep an eye out.
