Awesome riding
Great place to ride. Great trail centre DH and XC runs. Risca bike park off piste is awesome and very well maintained with trail difficulty to suit everyone. By far my favourite place to ride in South Wales.
Shame PS cycles has closed. Hopefully someone will take it on and there'll be a bike shop there again.

South Wales’ Finest Riding
The best trails in the world on our doorstep. Easily lap-able for hours on end. Everything covered, steep gnarly tech trails on one side, bike-park feature packed playground in the quarry, endless flow and fun on the other, and a couple of hidden gems on the other side. This place is incredible- huge respect to the Risca Riders and local crews for constantly maintaining the trails, and building and developing the place. All year round, this place is incredible
What do you like?
Variety, a trail for every level, flow, steep, tech, feature packed and fun. Runs perfect all year round. Maintained well. Easy access and constantly growing. Hard working valley of builders and riders
What could be improved?
Not enough hours in a day to hit everything!

The Golden Valley
Official and unofficial trails for all. The valley is full of hidden gems and the Risca Riders are legend for building and maintaining trails to a high standard. Smooth flow and steep gnarly tech.
