Rapidly getting worse
As the years have gone on BPW is getting worse and worse, the attitude of the whole place is becoming too corporate and doesn’t care about the rider
What do you like?
Lots of trails
What could be improved?
Slow uplift/not enough buses
Rude staff members at the cafe/reception/bike hire - seem like they’d rather be somewhere else
Overpriced - for the amount of runs you get in due to the slow uplift. They need separate people to check the bikes are on the trailer safely not just the driver as you have soo many inexperienced riders coming who don’t know how to load on so it slows the whole process down too much. Dyfi is a perfect example of how it’s done right, with an attendant helping load.
Bike wash is not free and seems to only work once in a blue mood. They do not offer an alternative if it’s broken.
