Bikepark Wales - the UK mountainbike haven
I would say that Bikepark Wales is the pinnacle for mountain bike progression throughout the whole of the UK. If you are new to the sport you can ride a plethora or flowy blue trails and progress your way up to gnarly black tech trails such as 50 shades of black or the upper section of boomslang. They have even added in a skills area, it may be small but definitely packs a punch and allows for every rider to hone in on the basics. The parking can get quite hectic however, although i think this is down to bad drivers or excited riders who cant wait to shred the hill-side. It has a shop too; to which I would say the pricing is fair, considering the brands and components in stock. The more recently added bike wash station seems to me to be a big success too. Overall i would say that the food is great hence the long line for lunch at around 12-2pm however like i mentioned prior, i would take this as a compliment. If I had to give the park a rating out of 10 then it would have to be a 9.5 as the only way to improve such an incredible place would be to move it closer to my house!

Fin bakers review
Iv rode at bpw for 8 years now and I know the place by the back of my hand and iv rode every trail there and if I could I would personally live there I have basically grown up the as iv been hundreds of times and I can say that it's one of my favorite places to be.
What do you like?
I like the wide range of trails and difficulty and the goal to be able to ride them all
What could be improved?
There could be some more full length tech trails added from the top that are race style

Best all round park in the UK. Constantly growing, developing and just a brilliant day out

Quality and variety of trails. Efficiency of uplift
What could be improved?
It's popularity means there's loads of inexperienced riders. Which is not a bad thing! However, I've never experienced anywhere so bad for people stopping in stupid places on trails, or walking back up them, or large groups sessioing features and blocking the trails. Just some general signage about bike park etiquette would be great.
