What do you like?
Best bike park Ive been to yet! The trails are exceptional, well built and cater to all levels and abilities. The uplift service can be busy but regular enough that you dont wait long even if you dont have an uplift priority pass.
The staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming, I had to change my booking date due to weather conditions and they were prompt to do this and reply to my e-mail without any issues what so ever. I would highly recommend BPW and will be organising adventure training including a day here for a group of my work colleagues, and will be booking onto skills coaching in the near future. BPW also has a great shop that just makes me want to spend all of my money! The food in the cafe is also great quality and not particularly expensive compared to other trail centres I have visited.
What could be improved?
No real bad points from me, extra uplifts would be good but that could be said about any park.

What do you like?
All good. Great trails. Staff are always friendly. I've been three times now and still get excited about going.
What could be improved?
It's six hours from my home. Everything else is awesome.

Awesome park. Worth the 3 hour travel and weekend stay every time! The staff could be a bit friendlier but the park facilities and quality is still very good!
What do you like?
Awesome trails, good food and great location.
What could be improved?
Could do with better service. Girl serving at the till both times was quite blunt and rude. Menu in cafe could be clearer. I know its quirky to be hand written but makes it harder to read. Guy at the desk made me wait a second time in a huge que because He wasn't serving the uplift cards just checking people in pre booked!!

Awesome place, give it a visit!
What do you like?
Fantastic bike park for all abilities. Loads of trails to choose from of varying styles. A great place to session sections or just blast down. The facilities are brilliant, everything you could ever need. Cafe is particularly good, great food, great coffee. Love all the different trail styles and the uplift is pretty efficient too.
What could be improved?
Only thing that would make it better is a chain lift!
