Take some spares with you as you would with any where you went and good protection, so even when the inevitable happens you can dust of fix up an look sharp again.
What do you like?
The first proper downhill place I had been too, and one I go back to over and over. There's tame blues and reds and gnarly blacks, something for everyone here. The uplift is grate and plentiful, the guys that run them and all the staff are brilliant. The cafe is brilliant and welcoming especially on wet days. Spares are available on site with good toilets, showers and a bike wash so you can embark your journey home clean dry and warm.
What could be improved?
It takes me 2 1/2 hours to get there (think I need to move to North Wales)
An amazing place set amongst some of the most majestic scenery you will ever see, the trails are spot on from flowy blues technical reds to arse twitching blacks its got it all berms that throw you into doubles drop offs etc what a cool place.
The uplift service is second to none getting in as many runs as possible 18 on a good day the drivers are spot on with a great sense of Welsh humor
Bike hire if you just wish to dabble Stiniog burgers if you want fuel up wash rooms cafe what else do you want?
